Private Photography Lessons – NEW!
A little insight changes everything about your photos…a lot of insight really changes things!
Last year (2016) I conducted 76 workshops. In doing so, many of my clients asked if I do private lessons. I realized that many folks like the one to one instruction afforded in this type of training. So in seeing a potential need, I decided to offer private lessons.
These one-on-one private photography lessons are focused on introducing you to the operation, techniques, and concepts of digital photography. I will show you how to work with the camera features required to take you forward in serious photography. With these skills you will make better photos of any subject and get more enjoyment from your photography. Who knows where it will take you?
I teach outdoor/nature photography and all lessons will be in the field. Outdoor photography has a lot of challenges. Nature is in control of the light, weather and a myriad of other circumstances. As a professional at your side, I can give you the insight and necessary preparatory guidance to help you get the most out of your photography. Each location is selected for its relation to a topic covered and to present photographic challenges which you are likely to encounter when on your own. Most lessons will take place in the San Francisco Bay area. If you live in the area most locations will be within an hour or so drive.
Suggested Locations Include: Golden Gate Park: Sausalito; Marin Headlands; Mt Tamalpais; Point Reyes; Sonoma Coast and beyond
