Private Instruction – NEW!
A little insight changes everything about your photos…a lot of insight really changes things!
These one-on-one private and personalized lessons are focused on introducing you to the concepts, operation, and techniques of digital photography. You will be shown how to work with the camera features required to take you forward in serious photography. With these skills you will take better photos of any subject and get more enjoyment from your photography. Who knows where it will take you?
I teach outdoor/nature photography, all lessons will be in the field. Outdoor photography has a lot of challenges. Nature is in control of the light, weather and a myriad of circumstances. As a professional at your side I can give you the insight and necessary preparatory guidance to help you get the most out of your photography. Each location is selected for its relation to a topic covered and to present photographic challenges which you are likely to encounter when on your own. Most lessons will take place in the San Francisco Bay area. If you live in the area most locations will be within an hour or so drive.
Suggested Locations Include: Sausalito; Marin Headlands; Mt Tamalpais; Point Reyes; Golden Gate Park
